The Problem:
When reading doesn't come easily, more practice isn't always the answer.
Some students need instruction that slows down, breaks skills into smaller steps, and meets them exactly where they are.
The Reading Lab provides targeted, individualized literacy instruction focused on identifying skill gaps and providing purposeful practice—not simply giving students more worksheets

Assessment
We Don't Guess Where to Start.
Every student comes with a different set of strengths and needs.
The Reading Lab uses instructional assessment to help identify the skills a student has developed and the skills that may need additional support.
The goal isn't simply to find what a student can't do.
It's to discover what they know, what they're ready to learn next, and how we can help them get there.
Individualized Instruction
Instruction Built Around the Student
No two readers are exactly alike.
Reading Lab instruction is designed around each student's current skills and instructional goals, with lessons that provide explicit instruction, guided practice, repetition, and opportunities to apply new skills.
Choose the Support That Fits Your Student

A Note for Families The Reading Lab provides supplemental educational tutoring and literacy intervention. Tutoring is not a substitute for a comprehensive educational evaluation, medical diagnosis, or other specialized services when those are needed.
